Vietnam custom hats, Platinum Hats is pleased to announce we have found a new office in Ho Chi Minh City. The lease is signed and we will be finalizing our move-in schedule. Having the office near the City Center allows us a central location to meet with customers, suppliers, and other vendors. Our office is less than 45 minutes away from where the actual production of your custom hats occurs. This is very important for our customers because it means we are able to be in the factory at the critical times of the production. It’s much easier for us to catch issues during the production than to hear about them from our customers. This office also allows us to consolidate goods from our multiple factories. Many of our competitors are simply collecting order information and then passing it onto a factory that is in a different time zone, and across the world. This is not a model that we think is successful. We want to be near the factory, close to where the actual production is happening. There are so many details that go into your vietnam custom hats from Vietnam and we won’t accept any less than what you expect.
We will be staffing our office during Vietnam business hours which is currently 6 days a week. In the hours that our Vietnamese office is closed that’s when our USA staff is working. We aim to be able to answer your inquiries quickly, no matter the time of day. You want to design your own custom hats ,we want to help you do it.
