How do I order a custom cap?

You can order your hats via email, using our order form or by calling us. We are able to walk you through the entire process, stress free. Read more here

What type of caps can you create?

Platinum Hats specializes in 5 or 6 panel snapbacks, buckets, visors, beanies, baseball caps, fitted caps and truckers. See here for more information.

Does Platinum Hats have minimum order quantities?

We will produce as low as 100 pieces, however you will see savings as the quantities increase.

What customization do you do?

To answer simply the entire cap is custom. We don't have blanks in stock, we produce all products custom to order. Your customization option are endless. You are able to pick your own color, fabric, closures, embroidery, patches, printing, branding and anything else that you can think of.

What fabrics can I choose?


We carry some stock fabrics for quicker production times. Other fabrics we source on an open market meaning you aren't limited to what we have in stock. We have 100% cotton twill, 70% acrylic 30% wool, 100% wool,.... You can also provide your own fabrics, if you have a very specific requirement. See here for more information

How do you get the color that I want?

When placing your order if you can include a pantone C, TCX, TPX,... for each color that is very helpful. For customers new to custom hats you can simply tell us the color and we will send you an image for your approval.

Can I get an actual sample?

Yes, however most of our customers approve based on emailed images. If you do want a physical sample, we charge $50 usd, plus freight.

Is there a standard price?

Because everything is made to order we don't have a standard price. Our prices are very competitive in the industry, however our main focus is quality. You can probably find cheaper, but you won't find better quality.

How long does it take to get my custom hats?

We can produce a sample for photos or for shipping in one week. Actually production can be as quick as 2 weeks, but is usually around 30 days. This depends on our current order volume and can also depend on how responsive you are as our customer. If you have a target delivery date please let us know.

What payment forms do you accept?

We will send you an electronic invoice for each payment. You can pay via Paypal, all major credit cards, or wire transfer.
